We built this site to collect as little about you as possible. You don't need an account, and we use no advertising trackers.

Situation guide and letter templates: everything happens in your browser. We do not see or store what you select or type into templates.

Hope Corner (AI chat): the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a reply. We do not save your conversations on our servers. Please do not include full names, addresses, case numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.

Server logs: like almost every website, our server keeps short-term technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security. They are not used for profiling.

Your rights: under UK GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — contact us using the details on the Contact page. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
