HelpNeeded is being built as a Community Interest Company — a public-benefit organisation that must earn enough to survive, but is legally bound to put people before profit. Our prices are published and deliberately modest. And if paying would be a real difficulty in your situation, write to us before you walk away — we take every such message seriously and look for a solution together.

Why we exist
Too many people in the UK give up on their rights because legal help costs too much, or because the system has already let them down. We are building a Community Interest Company: sustainable enough to keep going, priced modestly enough to stay within reach — and open to an honest conversation when money is the obstacle.
